The Project
KCM’s PowerPoint template is a core tool for sharing real estate insights across blogs, livestreams, and client presentations. However, the outdated template lacked layout variety, used a single bright blue tone, and did not reflect KCM’s new branding.

I redesigned the Master Template to align with updated brand guidelines, introducing multiple layouts, a broader color palette of brand-approved blues and yellow, and a 16:9 format for better screen compatibility. Arial was used for universal accessibility, and built-in guides and placeholders improved ease of use for internal teams and subscribers.

The Results
The refreshed template offered more flexibility, enhanced brand consistency, and led to an increase in subscriber PowerPoint downloads.
