The Project
Each season, Keeping Current Matters provides its subscription members with a customizable guide containing multiple articles featuring data-driven real estate insights and expert commentary. Members can personalize these guides and either print them or share them digitally with clients.
The existing templates were still using outdated branding from before KCM’s rebrand. Additionally, there was no built-in color theme, which made it difficult for members to apply their own brand colors or achieve a polished, professional look without manual design adjustments.
I worked closely with our development team to rebuild the guides from the ground up, creating a more flexible and user-friendly template system that could be easily updated within our platform. A dynamic color theme was integrated into the file structure, allowing members to apply their brand colors with just a click. No design software or technical skill was required.
The design was updated to reflect KCM’s modernized brand identity, and usability improvements were made throughout. I chose Arial as the primary typeface to ensure universal compatibility and built the Guide so that members’ uploaded headshots, logos, and contact information were automatically inserted through the platform.
The Results
The result was a streamlined and brand-consistent experience that empowered members to customize and share professional-quality materials with minimal effort. Downloads increased approximately 20% and Members sent positive feedback raving about the new design and use-of-use.
