The Project

Westwood Bar & Grille needed a custom mobile app to elevate their customer experience and bring their services into a more streamlined, digital space. I created a fully branded app that allows users to reserve a table or place an order for delivery directly from their phones. The design focuses on a bold, modern look that reflects the restaurant's identity, using rich imagery, a consistent color palette, and clean typography to create a cohesive user experience.

From the initial login and sign-up screens to the menu browsing, checkout, and real-time order tracking, every part of the app was built to be intuitive and easy to navigate. The goal was to reduce friction, whether someone is planning ahead for a dine-in experience or ordering dinner to their door. The delivery tracker offers users a sense of transparency and control, reinforcing trust in the brand. Every element, from functionality to visuals, was intentionally crafted to make the app feel both professional and approachable.

The Results

While the app is still in development and hasn’t launched metrics yet, the client has expressed satisfaction with the overall design, user flow, and visual identity. It enhances the way customers interact with the business by simplifying the reservation process and making delivery more convenient and transparent. The design also opens the door for future features, such as loyalty programs or promotional notifications, setting the foundation for a more connected and engaging customer experience.
